Mark Halperin at Time caught wind of a possible deal to settle the nightmare quasi-primaries in Michigan and Florida. Obama and Hillary split the Michigan vote 50-50 (which seems reasonable, since, what, 8 billion Michigonians voted for anyone but Hillary on the ticket). Hillary gets to keep Florida, but they only get half-votes in Denver. Then, all the super delegates get to do whatever they want because they’re super delegates.
I hope Obama agrees because every second of coverage those other states get is coverage Pennsylvania loses. Now that the Spitzer thing is almost blown over, it’s time to turn the attention back to us.
